Intelligent online soft starter is a new product from our company. This product has a three-in-three-out SCR  full-time on-line structure. It does not need an external AC contactor when put in a cabinet. Simplifified primary  and secondary wiring costs; Using high-power air-cooled radiators and high-speed axial fans internally to  ensure the reliable operation of the soft-start at any time. Our product has perfect motor protection function,  when using it, be sure heat dissipation in the cabinet is good. Our product is suitable for the control, soft-start  and stepless acceleration in many equipments, like: various AC motors, fans, water pumps, fifire pumps,  spray pumps, sewage pumps, deep well pumps, air compressors, brick making machines, crushers, mining  machinery and so on. 

1. Phase failure protection: When any one of the three phases is disconnected, the protection action time is  <1min; 

2. Three-phase unbalance protection: When the unbalance of one phase K1 or K2 is> 10%, the protection  action time is <10 min;

3. Over-current protection: when the motor stalls, the protector will delay for (± 1) s action; 

4. Overvoltage protection: when the power supply voltage UO120%, the protection action time is <1s; 

5. Under voltage protection: when the power supply voltage (60% 75%) Ue, the protection voltage action  time < 60s; 

6. Reset function: manual stop key reset; 

7. Over-temperature protection: When the soft-start runs at over-temperature, the soft-start shuts down  itself and reports a soft-start overheating fault.
